Had an amazing Friday…
.worked from 9-4:30 (not the amazing part…)
.bussed to Cafe for Contemporary Art to finish my first article for www.beyondrobson.com (I’m a new Arts and Culture Columnist!!)
.got picked up by Lovely Friend
.went to Michi on Robson Street to grab Lovely Friend’s brother and his friend who just got into Vancouver from Japan! (this is when I read my first published article, exciting!)
.went out to Gyoza King on Robson Street (see accompanying beer picture – cutesy little bottle, and our server was a riot as well as adorable).
.Headed over to the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre in Kits to catch the Pink Floyd lazer show. (Highly recommended, best $10 I ever spent. I still get giddy thinking about it.)
.went home and watched 1980’s 1990′s Disney movie, Newsies, with Lovely Friend and had lovely conversation.
Thus, ending one of the best Friday nights I’ve had in a long time!! Next Friday has a lot to live up to, that’s for sure.
